The aldermen [of New Haven] considered a youth curfew in mid-1990s when one was adopted in West Haven that requires children 15 and younger to be off the street by 10 p.m.This is definitely a statement which is in direct opposition to an anecdote relayed by a West Haven citizen at the last City Council meeting, where 13 and 14 year old teenagers were observed out and about at 3:00 a.m., and a policemen indicated that there was little that could be done...
