It's clear that someone in City Hall needs some lessons in grammar. See this clip from WFSB about yesterday's power outage at City Hall - the sign on the door reads:
City Hall Close - Power Out
This is the second recent grammatical error from our City Hall; at the minimal Savin Rock Festival, there was another word misuse error....
