West Nile and West Haven - What is being done?

According to an August 3 article from the New Haven Register (as well as earlier reports), mosquitoes have tested positive in West Haven for West Nile virus. What is West Haven doing in response?

According to the Health Department section of the City of West Haven's website:

In Environmental Health, the Department addressed the West Nile Virus problem by contracting to have a mosquito reduction program administered throughout the city.

However, it isn't clear WHAT this program is, or what year this was administered in.

No other information was found by a search of the site...
