Creative Revenue Streams: Cracking down on Curbside Brush?
According to this July 26, 2006 WFSB news report (just in time for all the wicked weather that passed through), West Haven is now cracking down on curbside waste. Apparently, tree contractors were discarding tree waste through the general trash collection.
